Last year, 26-year-old Katharina Gamlichug Andersen sold Frogner’s apartment for NOK 14 million.

She has now moved from an apartment in Frogner to a detached house in Bygdøy. According to a recent recording, Andresen and his girlfriend Frederic Kvasnes together bought a funky house for 31 million. Andresen owns two-thirds, while Kvasnes owns the rest.

The property has an area of ​​672 square meters, with a garden, an outbuilding and a dormitory apartment. Although Andresen does not have its own coastline, the Oslo Fjord is only a stone’s throw away. The house is also near public beaches in Huk and Paradise Bay in Bygdøy.

Bygdøy’s home seller in Admiral Børresens vei is the former CFO of listed technology company Elliptic Labs, Thor A. Talhaug. Did not respond to DN’s query about selling the house.
