Tech Rocket signs a new agreement with an American company

Next Biometrics has entered into a collaboration agreement with San Francisco-based Paravision, which is developing, among other things, facial recognition technology, according to a statement from the company.

The partnership enables Next to offer two-factor authentication methods to customers who want face and fingerprint biometric solutions.

Paravision is the top-ranked US provider of face recognition technology, and a global top-ten provider of Multiple Face Recognition Tests (FRVT). Using Al and the latest technology, Paravision provides over 99.9 percent accuracy in many face recognition use cases, according to the report.

Customers in many industries are now offered both top-rated facial recognition and FBI-certified fingerprint solutions. NEXT’s goal of the partnership is to become more relevant to the rapidly evolving biometrics industry.

No mention is made of any length of the agreement other than a “multi-year agreement”.

The next share is up 225 per cent this year to NOK 8.48.
