Actor Axel Heaney has offered NOK 27.3 million for Solfeng’s villa property in Solveien on Oslo’s Nordstrand, according to reports. E24.
The villa was sold by real estate investor Kjell Kristiansen, who owned a number of high-priced villas in Oslo and was behind several brisk transactions in recent years.
Christiansen was mentioned in April of this year in a DN . Documentary As “the best bargaining man in the world”, according to the formula, his fortune does not exceed 15,000 crowns. His income was zero and 15,000 kroner in wealth in 2019.
Part of a dispute over Frogner’s housing
Villa Solfeng in Nordstrand was purchased by Kristiansen for 15 million NOK in 2016.
The villa was involved in a dispute over another Frogner villa in Oslo which was mentioned in the DN documentary earlier this year. Christiansen has previously sued the owner of a villa in Frogner in Oslo to buy it for 43 million NOK.
The owner believes a satisfactory financing plan has not been submitted by the August 12, 2020 deadline, but throughout the fall of last year Christiansen has made repeated attempts to document its ability to finance, including selling the villa on Nordstrand, which Heaney has now bought. In the property register, Christiansen’s mother and husband are listed as owners of the house in Solveien.
The two parties met in court at the end of June, but Christiansen demands did not progress. He must also pay the homeowner 360,000 NOK in legal costs.
Price dropped two million
Villa Solfeng was actually put up for sale last year with an estimated price of NOK 29.5 million. Later, the house was up for sale with an estimated price of NOK 27.5 million.
