Allegations that RBK employees reacted aggressively: - She was shot in the foot

It’s boiling again in Rosenburg. Monday can Adresseavisen Disclosure of Ron Pratseth’s resignation from the Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Wednesday is the annual meeting in Rosenborg, where Cecily Guttas-Johnsen is expected to be elected as the club’s new president.

But even before she was elected, Ron Bratseth thinks she upset several employees with her recent interview with Adresseavisen.

– She was a traitor in a way. Or not just somehow, she was a traitor. You speak negatively about things that have happened over time, not only about the board of directors, but also about the employees. Pratsith tells TV 2 that it was not well received.

According to him, several employees of RBK-Barakah responded to the interview.

People get angry, upset, angry, and make it difficult for them. Pratsith claims that the reaction of especially the people who have been there over time and who are accustomed to this way of life.

Cecilie Gotaas Johnsen did not respond to TV 2’s inquiries about the case on Monday. To Adresseavisen, she did not wish to comment on the case.

Are you skeptical of her as Rosenborg’s new captain?

– Cecily is nice and sweet. Then I also realized that she had shot herself in the foot, so to speak. But I have nothing negative to say about her – it is permissible to make mistakes and look stupid. Pratsith says, I think she understands that very well.

– She’s more worried about Rosenborg than I am

According to Bratseth, Gotaas Johnsen has already apologized for the interview. Pratsith points out that the interview was not the main reason for his surrender, but it made him think a bit more.

– It was an article in which neither the board nor the management/sport was mentioned in any particular way other than negative. It has been reacted by many, Adressavisen explains.

In the interview, Guttas-Johnsen explained that many things have potential for improvement at Rosenborg. The 46-year-old – who, like Pratsith, has been on the club’s board for the past year – says:

– When I joined RBK, I asked about the strategy plan and the business plan. She claimed that not all answers were equally clear.

Ron Bratseth thinks it is presented from the outside as if nothing was right in Rosenborg.

– That’s nonsense! Ask Erik Hoftun and Eirik Horneland which club is the best organized in Norway: they will answer Rosenborg. If we win three matches, the board is believed to be doing well. But if we lose a match, says Pratsith, everything will go well.

He says he is simply concerned about the way the outside world treats Rosenborg during the day.

– But this is not about me. Pratsith says I’m more worried about Rosenborg than I am about myself.

He thinks supporters get a lot of power

Pratsith explains to TV 2 that the main reason he steps aside during the day is because he feels unpredictable and uneasy to sit at the Rosenborg board.

He believes that opinions are too many – among people who have no knowledge. He wonders who can afford to take on unpaid positions on the board if there is always a problem no matter what the board does.

Last week, a motion to censure Pratseth was brought up by members of Rosenberg.

– I must say that I mostly enjoyed sitting at the board, and that should not be called a terrible thing here. But there is a not so good development. Proponents have to be more than pro-supporters, and that’s a problem. Maybe it’s good for them to get a seat and some attention, but it’s easy to sit outside: Then you can change your mind all the time, says Pratseth.

He believes that the RBK board of directors has been given a great deal of responsibility for the club’s sporting challenges in recent years.

– What do you think RBK needs to respond to?

Those who are about to lead the club, and who work there, must be allowed to lead the club. There is a lot of interest on the board. take your place of business; Does anyone know who is actually sitting at the board? Do they come to you every day and take care of you? The answer is probably no. Pratsith says those who are willing to work there should be allowed to do their work.

Pratsith believed that the opinions of individual groups became too clear for Rosenborg.

– Everything becomes unexpected. Who should lead it, what direction should we go? Who should be allowed to influence? You don’t have to give everyone space all the time. But here everyone has to control each other all the time, says Pratsith.

Are we talking about a societal problem?

“I don’t know how big we’ll get, but it’s about how we treat each other and how things work,” Pratsith answers.
