Andy Taylor: - Reveals: He has terminal cancer

Duran Duran guitarist Andy Taylor (61) has been diagnosed with cancer. The band’s vocalist, Simon Le Bon (64), made the announcement on stage Saturday US time, when the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, according to Danish. BT.

Taylor could not participate due to his illness – stage 4 prostate cancer.

Instead, a letter was read from the guitarist, by Le Bon.

A little over four years ago, I was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer.

Many families have experienced how slowly the disease gets worse, and the same goes for us naturally. So I speak as a family member, but with the utmost humility to the band, the best fan base you could ask for, plus this extraordinary honor.

Moreover, the disease does not appear to be life-threatening at present, but a diagnosis of cancer cannot be cured.
