Dorothea Ferrer: -They wanted me to be completely naked

Italian Dorothea Ferrer is one of the biggest biathlon stars in the world.

This year, she won gold and silver at the World Championships in Oberhof.

– Biathlon is popular there, but I didn’t feel comfortable with it, Ferrer tells the newspaper.

– Today, girls who appear in magazines are not completely naked. At the time, they wanted me to be completely naked, so I refused, she continues.

Wierer says she wants to protect her privacy, but she has nothing against those who choose to get rid of their clothes.

Young women of today are very extreme, they want to be seen all the time and social media allows them to do that. Wierer says I also post pictures, but in moderation.

The 33-year-old says there are also downsides to fame

The other side of everything is hate. Hate is the worst thing that exists. My advice is to protect yourself and ignore all the bad comments, she says.

The Italian athlete’s profile was previously shared openly with TV 2 about sleep problems.

– It’s been like this for 15 years and sometimes I have to take pills. The most important thing, of course, is mental and physical repair, which is more important than the sport itself, according to Ferrer.
