The safety of our employees, location, and work environment are of the utmost importance to MRC, and the studio writes about why they are applying for compensation. Spacey’s advocates argued that his actions were not a determining factor in the MRC’s financial loss.

The case has been going on for more than three years out of the public eye. Spacey appealed the decision to three special arbitrators, who sided with the plaintiffs. Thus, the decision became final and known to the public on Monday.
