On one side is Gåsø, who owns 37 percent of the shares in NTS, and his allies. On the other side is a group of shareholders where the farming families based in Rorvik, Bondo, Wiliksen and Dolmen are central.
Friday’s board election is the second in a short time, after a vote on the group’s proposal to throw Gåsø by a narrow margin at a very dramatic public meeting in January.

NTS is a Namdal Coast-based aquaculture group, engaged in agriculture, wellboats, cargo ships and services.
