Frank Lampard is linked with a new managerial job in the Premier League.
Raheem Sterling has not been Pep Guardiola’s left wing favorite this season. Recently, the 26-year-old was separated from Manchester City, including Barcelona. Now, the Spanish newspaper, “El Nacional” claims that City will inquire of the Catalan team about an exchange deal, where it will take back Dutch national team player Frenkie de Jong.
Dusan Vlahovic is being sought after in many top European clubs. Arsenal should be interested, but according to Football Italia, the Fiorentina forward will turn down an offer from the London club. Instead, it was reported that he would wait for other offers. The 21-year-old’s contract with Fiorentina expires in the summer of 2023.
Frank Lampard had an unsuccessful managerial stay at Chelsea from the summer of 2019 to January 2021. Now the 43-year-old could be close to returning to the Premier League. Football Insider writes that it has begun negotiations with Norwich over the manager’s vacancy, after the club recently dismissed teams from Daniel Farke.
Aston Villa is also looking for a new manager. Dean Smith landed the job this weekend after a number of poor results, and Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard will be on the shortlist. Ralph Hessenhuttl and the coach of the Danish national team, Kasper Holmland, will also be linked for the job.
Former super talent Renato Sanchez is said to have drawn the attention of the Premier League. The 24-year-old, who now lives at Lille club Ligue 1, according to Wolverhampton’s Most Wanted Fishes. The Spanish site wrote that wolves could press Sanchez in the January window.
Possibly on his way away from Wolverhampton is winger Adama Traore. The 25-year-old’s contract with the club expires in the summer of 2023, but according to the Daily Mail, manager Bruno Lage says the placement of Traore’s contract will not affect his role in the squad. In the last six league matches, the Spaniard has started two of them.
Sergio Ramos was one of several stars to arrive at PSG this summer, but the midfielder still has the advantage of making his debut at the French club due to injury.
