“In a happy development, Her Majesty the Queen today is attending a ceremony today to mark the completion of the Elizabeth Line,” a Buckingham Palace spokesperson told the Palestinian News Agency.
The Queen was out of the wheelchair for the occasion, which she used occasionally recently, and instead used a cane.
The Queen’s engagement was not previously announced.
