Guler revealed Monday evening on Instagram that the couple have now opted to end the relationship.

Thankfully, family comes in several likable forms, and Remy Jackman and I haven’t been a couple for long. We will forever be each other’s best friends and will always be a huge part of each other’s lives,” writes Gøhler under a photo of her and Jackman.
