The buyer is the consumer who made the order, and hereinafter is considered the buyer/buyer.
These Subscription Terms apply to everyone who subscribes to the paper newspaper and/or digital product and service from the Seller. The terms and conditions may change without further notice, but in the event of significant changes, you will be asked to read and accept the terms again.
As a subscriber, you must ensure that the newspaper has the correct contact information for you at all times.
Newsletters and customer benefit programs may be included as part of the subscription, and are sent via email, SMS, notifications or channels of the Media House.
Transcription: All articles, images, graphics with more scaffolding available for viewing/reading. Use and display other than personal use requires a written agreement with the newspaper. Companies must not print the materials for use by their employees or for commercial use by others. Referred to as copyright law.
The product consists of the digital version of the newspaper Møre, which can be read on a computer, tablet or mobile phone, and the mre.no website with all the content. The product can also have the paper newspaper printed and delivered to the squeegee/mailbox if requested.

With a full subscription, you can access all the content digitally (PC, mobile and tablet) with e-newspapers and additional cases. In addition, the paper newspaper is delivered to the registered address.
Extraordinary newspaper publications on paper are only sold in bulk and are not part of a subscription.
You can transfer your subscription to a new permanent address or to a holiday address. Some deliveries to a temporary address may incur a fee. Pause is not added.
Subscription gives access to all content digitally (PC, mobile and tablet) with e-journal and mre.no’s plus cases.
Debt for students at the college or university level. Debt for students under the age of 34. A condition of the student discount is that we can contact you by e-mail. A valid semester card and student ID must be presented upon request. To be able to keep a student subscription, it must be submitted again before October 1 each year. If we do not receive this by this date, the subscription will be automatically changed to a regular subscription. You will receive a reminder of this before the deadline expires.
The price of goods and services online is the total price to be paid by the buyer. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Prices for various subscriptions can be found under “Subscription”. Avisa reserves the right to change the pricing for an ongoing subscription at any time.
Subscription prices can be modified and new prices will appear on the websites. For an individual subscriber, new rates apply from and include the start date of the next subscription period.
The subscription is paid in advance and continues until canceled or the bill is not paid. Thus, the seller asks for payment from the time of completion of the purchase. The buyer gets access to the product immediately.
Upon termination, the subscription expires for the period you paid, but is then discontinued. In the case of a promotional purchase, the subscription will automatically change to a regular subscription at the regular price, unless the cancellation is received no later than three days before the expiration of the promotional code, or you can cancel the subscription yourself on “My Page”. Buyers themselves are responsible for proceeding when the code expires. The regular price will then be charged to the payment card for a new period. If the regular price does not appear on the order form, you can find it on the seller’s website or by calling the customer center.
Billing fees are additional for paper bills. The invoice fee is waived by paying AvtaleGiro / card and invoice by email.
The product is delivered from the time of payment by continuous updating of the mre.no website and three weekly editions of the electronic newspaper / hard copy. On some weeks when there are red days and holy days, Moore will come out differently and with less frequency. During the holidays, the frequency of posting is reduced.
Right of withdrawal:
The purchaser can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of payment, otherwise the subscription continues until canceled by the purchaser. If you do not pay the bill, the subscription will also be discontinued.
The subscription is binding until canceled by the purchaser, and the subscription cannot be canceled during the obligating period. The purchaser may himself, at any time, order the suspension of the subscription upon its expiration.
Termination can be in writing, either electronically on My Page, alternatively per submission, email to Seller’s Customer Center or in person. The subscription ends during the period for which you paid. This means that no refunds will be given for the amounts paid.
If you do not pay the subscription within a reasonable time after it is due, delivery of newspapers and/or digital access will be discontinued and you will be billed for the amount due.
If the newspaper is lost due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control, or due to other delivery problems, the seller’s liability for compensation will be limited to what the buyer paid for the corresponding time period. Overdue newspaper will not provide compensation.
Access to the digital editions / access is linked to your personal subscription. Delays or downtime will not be counted for digital releases and services.
Complaints must be sent to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If that doesn’t work, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for Mediation. The Consumer Council is available on the phone 23400500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
To be able to log in to the online newspaper, you must have activated the “cookie” function in your browser. “Cookies” are used to identify your data to our servers, so that they know each other.
In order to access our online service and be able to use our services, you must accept the terms of the agreement. The terms of the agreement cover all aspects that govern the understanding between us as a supplier and you as a user. The terms of the agreement are available in our Terms and Conditions, which you can find on the New Users Registration Form and at the bottom of the Login/My Profile page.
