On Sunday morning, Lisa Cash, 18, and her twin brothers Chelsea and Kristi Crawley, 8, were found severely injured in their home in Tallaght, south of Dublin. They were taken to the hospital in Crumlin, but were later declared dead, Sky News reports.

An autopsy of the three siblings was scheduled for Sunday and Monday afternoons. Reports are not ready yet.
