With Season 7 of “Summer Cabin” now out, we’ve once again seen how ordinary people struggled for 10 weeks to build the most beautiful cabin, a challenge that has become a favorite among many TV viewers. Winning couple, Ellie Rebecca Haugen (24) and Benjamin Martinsen (25), have become proud owners of their new cabin, having led to victory in this popular program.

But what happens to cabins that are built but not won? according to tv 2, These cabins will be available to the public for purchase. The losing contestant couples, who have spent weeks building these huts, also have the option to purchase them. But is it something they care about?
The answer seems to be no. All of the participating couples confirmed that they had no plans to purchase the cabins they had spent so much time and effort building. Leona Halsett-Williams expressed it, “After spending so much time and putting so much work into the cabin, it would have been fun if we had bought it. But I think it could just be a dream. We’d rather buy a bigger apartment or house.” Other participants, such as Herman Winger Ramm and Patrick Gjertsen Hernæs, seem to agree, with Ramm saying, “Everything has its time…the experience of building a cabin together…the memories are worth so much more than having to set aside a lot of money to buy that cabin.” .
This marks the end of another season of “Sommerhytta,” led by Kathryn Fossum, who succeeded former announcer Jory Solberg, this season. With Haugen and Martinsen the new winners, we can’t help but wait and see who the next excited builders will be in the upcoming season of this beloved program.
