USA: Incident during US Vice Harris’ flight – “We all prayed” – Politics abroad

US pilot Vice Kamala Harris, 56, was due to return to the airport shortly after takeoff on Sunday. Reason: Technical problem.

The journalists who came along initially made an unusual noise. There were concerns on board. After the ordered landing, Harris told reporters, “We all said a little prayer, but we’re fine.”

Travel journalists said the landing was “completely normal”.

Within half an hour of departure from Andrews Military Airport near Washington, spokesman Simon Sanders, 31, said the plane had to return to the airport and be diverted.

On Mondays and Tuesdays, Harris’ trip to Guatemala and Mexico will focus on migration and economic cooperation.

U.S. President Joe Biden, 78, led Harris in preventing immigration to the United States.
