2021 was a difficult year for the Princess of Monaco. Since May, Charlene has been “trapped” in her native South Africa.
She initially went there to draw attention to rhino protection, but at the end of May she had surgery for a serious ear, nose and throat infection – and therefore had to postpone the return trip.
This summer she had to have another surgery, which put her in South Africa for a new three months.
A little over a month ago, she fainted and was hospitalized in the country further. However, she was discharged the next day, and the court was quick to say there was nothing to worry about.
But last weekend, the princess managed to delight her followers with a cute update on the photo-sharing service Instagram. She shared the first picture of herself since her hospitalization where she is smiling and appears to be doing well.
In the post, she wrote: “God bless.”
Recently, however, Prince Albert visited Radio RMCWhere he shared the latest update of his wife’s status:
– She’s still in South Africa, but she’ll be back home soon. We should talk to the doctors in a couple of days, he says on the radio, and reproduced by Hello! magazine.
– Her shape is better, but it was very difficult for her because she had several problems, he said.
Earlier, there was talk of the princess returning to Monaco at the end of October. Now, however, the trip back home appears to be accelerating dramatically. Good news for the 43-year-old, who has not been spending much time with his family in recent months.
Together with her husband, she has twins Jack and Gabriella (6).
Refuses trouble in marriage
Both the prince and princess were honest that the last time was difficult, but the rumor mill has long wanted it There is a problem in marriage behind the trip.
In an interview with the people The prince denied the rumours:
– She did not leave Monaco in a hurry! She didn’t leave because she was mad at me or anyone else. He said frankly that she was going to South Africa to work on her foundation there, spending time with her brother and some friends.
The prince also said it was supposed to be a maximum ten-day trip, but she wasn’t so lucky and got infected during her trip.
Now the eternal wait will finally end, and the princely family of Monaco will soon be reunited again.
