Wildfire in North Marga - Police:

Last: At 13.06am, firefighters put out the blaze, police said.

– It will take some time to turn it off. Police estimate the estimated time is two to three hours.

Dagbladet did not receive confirmation of this statement from the fire service.

The 110 Exchange announced on Twitter an hour and a half ago that a fire had broken out in North Marka, Oslo.

The fire broke out in the woods west of Trivandrum near Rodcliffe.

Fire should be a goal, and there is a risk of fire spreading.

A Dagbladet correspondent reports a massive increase in fire trucks.

Cro Sandness, head of operations in the Oslo police district, told DocPlate that they had been notified of the fire at 11am.

Niklas Helkstrand, chief executive of the Oslo Fire and Rescue Service, told Dagbladet that they had several cars on the way to the fire.

– It’s more wild than we first imagined. We have no control and are making the effort, Helkstrand said.

He says they are getting help from a police helicopter for surveillance and the fire service is exploring the possibility of getting help to extinguish the wind.
