Duchess Meghan was not present at the funeral, as she was seven months pregnant in her second pregnancy.
Now, however, one author claims the British monarch should have been happy not to have Meghan around him during those sad April days, according to Sky News.

“At Windsor Castle, the Queen was preparing to meet the public on one of the saddest days of her life. Philip has been her rock for the past 70 years. To comply with covid restrictions, she would mourn alone inside the chapel. Thank God Meghan won’t come,” said the king.
In the aforementioned Oprah interview, the Duchess said, among other things, that the royal family has several questions about what skin color her son Archie will have (3).
She also accused the royal family of not helping her when it was made clear that she had mental health problems.
