As usual, Plätzer plays for Os in the third division and was supposed to play a match against Lillestrøm 2 next Saturday.

But when Dagbladet calls on Thursday, the soccer talent is in Argentina and Buenos Aires.

FC Bayern Munich has a project that brings together 23 young players from all over the world for a four-week training camp.

The 18-year-old was one of 23 young talents selected from 6,000 applicants.

– It’s incredibly big, Plätzer told Dagbladet by phone.

– We will play several matches here in Argentina and Germany in the last two weeks. We finally finish with a training match against the Bayern Munich U19 team at the Allianz Stadium.

He was Bachelor’s Whoever mentioned it first.

Dreaming of a professional contract

The OS player is himself a big fan of Bayern Munich and wants to play for the club he loves.

In previous years, there were many players who secured professional contracts, either by signing for the academy or by loan or signing for partner club FC Dallas, Platzer says.

The midfielder was born in 2005 and has already managed to play 36 matches for the A team of the Norwegian team Tipping Team Os.

Platzer met the coach and the rest of the squad in Germany last Friday. Two days later, they traveled to Argentina and have since had several training sessions and one match.

The FC Bayern World Tour, as the training camp is called, is led by former Bayern player Roy Mackay.

A week later, Platzer received praise, but also groin problems.

Things went well in the beginning and I got good feedback from McKay and the other coaches. McKay said he liked what I showed up and that it didn’t seem like I was playing in pain.

But after a 13 hour flight the stay is somewhat lackluster.

– I’ve had some hip problems in the past and they got worse in the days after the flight. Sitting still for so long made my thighs stiff and sore, he says before continuing.

– It was tough because I missed the first game, but it’s much better now. I hope to be in tomorrow’s game against Argentinos Juniors, which is Maradona’s childhood club.

When a young man is asked what level he is, he answers optimistically.

The level is really good. However, I feel like I’m maintaining the level and fighting for a place in the starting line-up. It is important for me to be injury free and give 100 percent gas in order to impact properly.

– I didn’t think I came

The German champions announced that they had received 6,000 applicants for the training camp from all over the world. Platzer is the only Norwegian in the “squad”, which includes players from 18 different countries.

Since I was a fan, I realized that there was a social media recording. I put my name in and sent them two-minute clips from last year’s season, he explains Bachelor’s.

The midfield talent announced that he should have been informed by 20 April if he was a candidate. When the date ended and the 18-year-old received no recall, the dream was crushed until the counter-notice came three days later.

– It was a shock!

The West is now living the dream of a Bayern training outfit and is betting it can become permanent after the summer.

The dream is to become a Bayern Munich player. It’s great to have all the equipment. Soccer shoes, sneakers, and lots of training clothes. He’s sick, he says, and obviously happy.

Coach’s dream

This exciting run is something Os Endre coach Brenne encourages, even though Plätzer have lost five league matches.

– This is a great opportunity for him. Brin says in an interview that the entire club is very happy to have been allowed to experience such an adventure Bachelor’s.

The 2005 model, who recently turned 18, should be a technical, resourceful and intelligent midfielder, according to the coach.

– He wants to go away. He is very willing to train, motivate and come to training to get better. In this sense, he is a coach’s dream.

With Kjersti Tysse Plätzer as his parent, who won two Olympic silver medals in race walking, and former athlete and race walking coach Stefan Platzer as parent, he grew up with a heightened athletic mindset.

Sometimes I get a little annoyed because there’s so much focus on the fact that I’m my parents’ son. I want to make a name for myself and go my own way.

The trip and tour covered by the big German club ends in mid-July.
