Alexandra grew up in the Eidsvold business, having recently bought her first apartment.

– I lived there a little before, but now I bought it. I am very happy and feel it gives some points for adults. There is a lot of responsibility, but I think it is very big. Now it is completely renovated and I will do it in my own style. It would be nice to have your own place.

– You live alone… or?

– I live alone, and there are many who ask about her during the day.

It reveals the individual’s future

The young artist became famous as the vocalist of the KEiiNO group, which among other things played on the international stage at the “European Song Contest” in 2019, where they took sixth place. Now she reveals that the future presents a solo project.

– We’re working with a lot of new stuff all the time, and I could also come up with a small individual project at the end as well.

She does not want to reveal what the project entails, but confirms that she will continue as a singer for KEiiNO.

– Somehow, I want to do something solo in parallel with KEiiNO, so KEiiNO is there, but we also have to start growing Alexandra Rutan.

Ahead is a hectic summer

Alexandra describes herself as a staple of “Allsang på Grensen”. This year is the last season you think is sad.

– I think it’s a little sad that it’s over, but it’s very nice to let me open the whole last season. It’s going to be a party and I’ll stand on the mountain and sing, it’s going to be real rock roll.

This week she was alone on the stage of “Allsang på Grensen”, but on July 13 she will return to the castle with KEiiNO. She admits that days are tough.

– I like to work very much, this is the nature of the artist’s life, and I love it. This is what I have been dreaming of for many years. So, the fact that it’s crowded, I think it’s delicious.

The young artist is also waiting for a hectic summer.

– I have a lot of plans! I don’t have a lot of time this summer which is a bit good, you have to somehow make up for lost time after corona so now it’s a complete grind, a lot of work on its own, along with KEiiNO. I look forward to.

– So it’s not bad to work with your girlfriend?

– Haha, no, it’s okay. It’s top tip!

With a frenetic summer approaching, she also has several goals for the rest of the year.

– I may want to release some music on my own, release a lot of new music with KEiiNO, keep going one day at a time, and make a living from music. This is what I love the most so that life is at its peak during the day, Alexandra concludes with TV 2.

Watch Allsang på Grensen every Thursday at 9.40 pm on TV 2 and TV 2 play.
