Apple has reduced prices by several thousand kroner

Apple’s new iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max are expensive handsets, there’s no doubt about that.

Almost 5000 NOK cheaper

Particularly expensive is the iPhone 15 Pro Max, which only comes with a minimum of 256GB of storage and therefore starts at a whopping NOK 17,990, but it’s surprising that it’s getting cheaper – with… apple? Yes, it’s almost hard to believe, but thanks to the new way of assembling new mobile phones, it has become much cheaper to repair the back if the glass is damaged.

Let’s take a look at Apple Price estimation calculator On Apple.no. There they list the price of this repair for the iPhone 14 Pro Max at a whopping NOK 7,590 – but do you have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and it has to end up damaging the back?

So Apple’s estimated price is only NOK 2,690. It’s 4,900 NOK cheaper. There’s also a lot to save if you damage your iPhone 15 Pro. Then the price is NOK 2,290 compared to the iPhone 14 Pro, which costs NOK 6,990. iPhone 13 models are also much more expensive to repair this way than the iPhone 15. Note that repairing the rear camera on the iPhone 15 Pro Max is somewhat more expensive.
