Cole Palmer earned a penalty kick, and has been the team's reliable penalty taker this season.
But his teammates Nicholas Jackson and Noni Madueke wanted to take the penalty themselves. Therefore, a huge debate took place between the three stars, who almost refused to surrender.

Four goals for Palmer
Cole Palmer shines for Chelsea at home to Everton in the English Premier League on Monday. After only 29 minutes, he scored three goals.
The three goals came in just 16 minutes, before he scored his fourth goal from a penalty kick midway through the second half.
The British youngster has so far scored 20 goals in the league this season. The same applies to Norwegian Erling Braut Haaland.

Just before the half-hour mark, Palmer and Pickford emerged again. The goalkeeper sent the ball directly to the feet of the scorer after poor play, and the left-footed Palmer responded by scoring his hat-trick from about 30 meters with his right foot.

The aforementioned Jackson made it 4-0 just before half-time in what turned out to be a nightmare spell for an Everton side struggling in the relegation battle.
