Storebrand confirms to DinSide that they are having technical issues with Apple and Google's mobile payment services.
– It is true that we have had some cases of this for our clients. “We are currently working to find the cause,” Storebrand Communications Director Andreas Nyheim tells DinSide.
According to Nyheim, they do not have an accurate estimate of the number of customers affected by these problems.
The easiest solution so far is to delete and reinsert the card in your Apple Wallet.
The communications director says the card is working as usual.
– For your information, customers can also pay with their physical card as usual, he confirms.
On Storebrand's website, it was reported Tuesday afternoon that Google Pay is also being affected by the issues.
