Paul Pogba left United this summer and the feedback on the midfielder has been both positive and negative. Pogba’s time at United has been much debated, due to his performance and behaviour.

It is no secret that the Frenchman had to put up with a lot of hateful comments, because the masses were not spared gunpowder, but lately the hateful comments have shifted from being about his skills, to situations surrounding his family.

Pogba returned with Juventus in Serie A, but is currently absent due to injury. In an interview with Italian GQ, he talked about the rumors and the option to leave United.

I can promise that I will work hard to get back on the field as soon as possible to help my teammates win the titles we deserve.

Differing opinions: Whatever one’s opinions about Paul Pogba, there is no doubt that he was significant in the 2017 Europa League final.

My love for football and my desire to return to play is what drives me to work hard and come back quickly. I have been used to dealing with fumes since I started my career early on. It’s part of the game. As footballers, we live with praise and criticism on a weekly basis, knowing that we have to stay focused and focus on our work. He chose my heart, it was the right time to go back to Juventus.

The last three years in Manchester did not go as well as I would have liked.
