Last year, 26-year-old Katharina Gamlichug Andersen sold Frogner’s apartment for NOK 14 million.
She has now moved from an apartment in Frogner to a detached house in Bygdøy. According to a recent recording, Andresen and his girlfriend Frederic Kvasnes together bought a funky house for 31 million. Andresen owns two-thirds, while Kvasnes owns the rest.
The property has an area of 672 square meters, with a garden, an outbuilding and a dormitory apartment. Although Andresen does not have its own coastline, the Oslo Fjord is only a stone’s throw away. The house is also near public beaches in Huk and Paradise Bay in Bygdøy.
DN was unsuccessful in communicating with Andresen and Kvasnes.
Sold at a discount
In the fall of 2019, it became known that Andresen put up for sale the newly renovated Frogner apartment of 192 square meters. Then I owned the apartment for a year.
– She sold it and bought something smaller in Oslo, she wrote on her Instagram profile at the time. She added that the plan was always to sell the apartment after a year.
The apartment was sold at a price cut of 2.5 million.
Bygdøy’s home seller in Admiral Børresens vei is the former CFO of listed technology company Elliptic Labs, Thor A. Talhaug. Did not respond to DN’s query about selling the house.
Among the neighbors in the exclusive Bygdøy neighborhood are investor and former rally driver Egil Stenshagen and the old sailors’ church that was bought in 2014 by real estate developer Hans Øivind Nordvik.

According to 2019 tax rolls, the 26-year-old had a fortune of NOK 5.8 billion and had no income. However, tax figures for 2020 show that wealth fell by 300 million to 5.5 billion. The heir still does not have any income.
Via Verde, the family owns everything from milk carton maker Elopak to sports equipment maker Brav and home builder Mestergruppen.
Andresen previously studied economics and management at BI Norwegian Business School, but did not complete his degree there.
