Follow the Line: Drawing is an essential skill equal to reading. Kindergartens in Trondheim took this very seriously, and the children will now have their own exhibition.

The aim of the exhibition is to show how important drawing as a language is to children, not least in the growing digital world. We are talking about a child having hundreds of different languages and different ways of expressing themselves. If children are inspired to draw more, not only will they become more skilled at drawing, but they will also develop their creativity in many different areas.

Take a trip to Kongsgården and admire the children’s artwork. It is open to everyone on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 2 pm. On weekdays it is open for kindergarten. The exhibition, which is a collaboration between Reggio Network, Barn og rom and ReMidasenteret, will end on Sunday, September 3rd. Trondheim municipality finances the exhibition itself.
