Haugan has extensive management experience from defense and civilian operations at Kongsberg Gruppen, including being Chief Financial Officer at Kongsberg Maritime and Kongsberg Protech Systems. She is currently heading up the deck machinery and motion control division of Kongsberg Maritime.

New leadership role

Egil Haugsdal has led Kongsberg Maritime since 2016. Under Haugsdal’s leadership, Kongsberg Maritime has shown good results, developed many world-leading innovations and has been a driving force both globally and in the Norwegian Maritime Group.
