We are a complete supplier of technology and equipment to the shipping industry. Our people enable operations on the sea floor, in Arctic waters, in the busiest ports and under the harshest weather conditions. I look forward to leading the team with the best experts who will drive sustainable solutions forward in close collaboration with our clients,” says Lisa Edwardson Haugan, incoming CEO of Kongsberg Maritime.
It played a significant role in the merger and restructuring of Commercial Marine, Kongsberg Gruppen’s largest ever acquisition. Kongsberg Maritime has experienced significant growth over recent years and today has more than 7,000 employees in 32 countries.
Lisa has a great business and I am confident that with her long industry experience, she is the right person to develop our global marine leadership position. We have a big mission to continue to develop new green technology, says CEO Håøy.
New leadership role

– I would like to take this opportunity to thank Egil Haugsdal for the good cooperation and good results as Chairman of Kongsberg Maritime.
