Man (30) killed in avalanche in Ørsta

On April 6, a man (30) was injured and died after a landslide at Grøtdalstinden in Bondalen, rsta.

In a press release on Friday, April 22, the police wrote:

– Wednesday, April 6, 16:14 Warnings of the Grøtdalstinden landslide in Pondicherry, rsta. Here four people reached the summit of the peak. The first sign of a landslide began to descend. The avalanche sign was the tomb of his entourage. The man (30) was airlifted to Alessandro Hospital by helicopter, after which his condition worsened. From St. Olav Hospital, police were told the man later died as a result of injuries. He is a Swedish citizen. Relatives have been notified.

Comrades alerted police and rescue services, and a rescue helicopter arrived in the city from Florida. The injured person was airlifted directly by helicopter from the avalanche. From there Alessand was taken to the hospital.
