To access the plus service, you must enter into an agreement with ESMG by registering and paying the subscription fee.

ESMG is constantly renewing and improving the Additional Service, which means that we can add, change and remove content and functionality without prior notice. ESMG reserves the right to make any typographical errors on any of our websites where information about any of our additional services is provided.

Activate the Plus service

Your subscription begins when you fill out the registration form and pay the additional service fee. This means that you can access the plus service while your subscription is running. In the event that there is no subscription fee payable for the initial period (determined upon registration), the additional service is initiated when the registration form is filled out and the payment option is registered.

After you have registered and paid the additional service fee, a confirmation will be sent to you via the email address you provided during registration. The confirmation contains the terms of your subscription. The information you entered during registration will be found in your account. We ask you to verify this information. If any information is incorrect, you must change it via your account. You are responsible for correct contact details.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for the plus service. If you are under the age of 18, the consent of your parent or other guardian is required in order for you to register and use the Additional Service. By registering and paying the fee, you also represent that you have obtained this consent from your parents or other guardians. You are always seen as ensuring that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

Subscription period and cancellation

Your subscription can be either a perpetual subscription or a fixed-term subscription. When ordering and registering for the plus service, it is clear whether your subscription is a permanent subscription or whether it is time-limited.

A continuing subscription means that you can access the plus service for a certain period of time (usually one (1) month), which is extended by the same period if you yourself do not cancel the subscription before the period ends. If you do not want to extend your subscription indefinitely, you must cancel the subscription 48 hours before the end of the relevant time period. Termination can be effected on My Page within the respective website to which you are logged in.

A fixed-term subscription means that you can access the plus service during the specified period of time and that the subscription expires automatically. A fixed-term subscription cannot be canceled prematurely.

ESMG has the right to cancel your subscription, regardless of whether it is an unlimited-term subscription or a fixed-term subscription, with thirty (30) days’ notice. ESMG also has the right to immediately cancel or freeze your subscription if ESMG suspects that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Additional Service Fee

The additional service subscription fee is usually a monthly fee and is always paid in advance. If the fee is other than the monthly fee, it is mentioned at the time of registration. The current fee is also mentioned on your registration. The fees indicated include value added tax.

ESMG reserves the right to change additional service fees for future subscriptions. The changed fee will then be applied starting with and including the following period, provided you have not canceled your subscription before the expiry of the term. The fixed-term subscription is not affected by any potential price change during the agreed commitment period.

Klarna Payments

ESMG uses Klarna Payments as a payment solution. Klarna Payments provides certain information to you once you have been identified. The information you need to enter for identification can vary between different purchasing occasions and customers. No credit information is taken directly at Klarna Payments unless necessary, depending on the payment option you have chosen. The credit information collected by Klarna does not affect your credit eligibility and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, for example banks. Once you’ve selected, Klarna Payments displays the options available to you. Invoice is selected as a payment option, but you can of course freely choose any of the other options such as direct bank payment or card payment. The options offered to you may change from time to time. You can choose for yourself whether you want to protect your use of Klarna Payments with a PIN. The Plus Service may only be used for private, non-commercial use. Your subscription is personal and your rights under these Terms and Conditions may not be transferred to any other person. You must keep the user data of your account secure and not accessible to other people. If you have reason to suspect that your User Data has been accessed by an unauthorized person, you must notify ESMG as soon as possible. You are responsible for any damage caused by the unauthorized use of your data.

You also may not use the plus Service so that ESMG or other inconvenience or harm will suffer. Note in particular what applies to the rights to the Plus Service content under point 6 below.

All content provided by the add-on service, such as text, still and animated images, graphics, graphics, and data icons, is protected by Copyright Law (1960: 729) Its rights are owned by ESMG or its licensors. ESMG trademarks and trade names are protected by trademark legislation. The fact that you create an account and use the plus service does not give you the right to copy, copy, transmit, upload, transmit or otherwise use such content in the plus service, nor the right to use ESMG’s trademarks and trademarks.

Your access to the Additional Service is dependent on you having the necessary hardware and software, such as browser and email software, as well as subscriptions to access the Internet. ESMG assumes no responsibility for your access to hardware and software, nor for the functionality of these costs or any costs that third parties, such as Internet or mobile operators, may impose on you in connection with your use of the Additional Service. Service Plus is supported by the latest operating systems.

ESMG cannot be held responsible for the functionality, availability, quality, usability or safety of the Add-on. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY COVERS ANY DAMAGE, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, THAT CAN BE ATTACHED TO THE USE OF OR IMPAIRMENT OF USE OF THE ADDITIONAL SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT. Nor can ESMG be held liable for third party content or information that you may have obtained through the use of the Additional Service.

ESMG has the right to temporarily close the Additional Service in order to perform system maintenance, upgrade or other technical measures. ESMG shall, as far as possible, perform these actions with as little disruption as possible for you. ESMG is not responsible for damage or loss that you may consider to have suffered due to the Service’s additional access limitations as described above.

The Plus Service may contain links to other websites controlled by third parties. ESMG is not responsible for the content and transmissions from these linked sites.

ESMG has the right to change these terms and conditions. The change to the Terms and Conditions shall become effective within thirty (30) days after you were notified of the changed terms via the email address you provided when registering for the Plus Service. If you do not accept the change of terms, you can cancel your subscription within the aforementioned 30-day period. Cancellations can be made via email to [email protected]. If you have not canceled your subscription or if you are using the plus service after the new terms come into effect, it means that you have accepted the revised new terms.

If you sign up for a subscription as a private person, you have the right to cancel your purchase. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of requesting the additional service. You can notify us by contacting ESMG Customer Service at [email protected]. on the Swedish Consumer Agency website (www.konsumentverket.seThere is a form you can use to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If the subscription has already been paid when the right of withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the subscription fee. Since payment for the additional service is via Klarna Payments, the fee is refunded via Klarna.

You agree that ESMG may contact you through the email address you entered during registration to notify you of changes to the Terms or other messages relating to your subscription or additional service.

We also use your email to send you messages related to direct marketing, such as newsletters, information and offers about the various services and brands of ESMG. If you do not wish to receive such messages, you can opt out either by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by changing your account settings on my page.

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law. Any dispute is settled by the Swedish General Court, with Tingsrätt in Stockholm as a first instance trial. Disputes can also be adjudicated by the Allmänna reclamationsnämnden, whose decision is a recommendation to the parties on how to resolve the dispute.
