But the newly promoted club to the Premier League got off to a rocky start in this tumultuous goal display.

The Black and Whites took an early lead through Sean Longstaff. Twenty minutes later, Gabriel Osho equalized for Luton Town, but it did not last long. Two minutes later the score was 2-1 after Longstaff scored his second goal of the day.

It was the beginning of a real goal celebration.

Ross Barkley, who had a fresh spring after a failed move to Chelsea, scored 2-2 before half-time.

Key Player: Ross Barkley has been one of Luton Town's best players this season. On Saturday, there were goals and assists.

After the hour mark, Luton Town suddenly took the lead when Carlton Morris scored a cold penalty. The home fans couldn't believe what they were seeing – and just four minutes later they were dealt another blow in the face when Elijah Adebayo made it 4-2.

Thus, Luton Town scored four goals in two matches in a row. In the previous round of the series, they won 4-0 over Brighton.

But this time it was not enough to get three points. Two quick goals by Kieran Trippier and Harvey Barnes ensured the score was 4-4.

Final Race: Harvey Barnes gets a point for Newcastle.

That was also the final result, despite the intense pressure Newcastle came under in the final quarter. Jacob Murphy was the closest but missed from close range.

As a result, the points were shared, as was also the case when Luton Town played 1-1 against Liverpool just over two months ago. Lilleboten also succeeded in defeating Manchester City, Arsenal, Tottenham, and Manchester United with one goal.

Luton ranks 16th, one point behind Everton in direct relegation. They also have one match to play against Liverpool FC. Newcastle is in ninth place.
