Crocus City Hall is located in Krasnogorsk, northwest of Moscow, and consists of a shopping mall, a concert hall, and a theater. A number of famous international artists have held concerts in this building, including Aha and Elton John.

On Friday evening, Russian rock band Picnic was scheduled to give a concert, TASS reported.

The concert venue can accommodate about 6,000 people.
