The Spice Girls made a surprise appearance at Victoria Beckham's 50th birthday party in London.
-Best night ever! happy Birthday to me! I love you all so much! #SpiceUpYourLife, Victoria Beckham writes on Instagram.
Reports People magazine.
A video that she and husband David Beckham shared on Instagram shows Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Melanie Brown in an impromptu performance of the 1997 song “Stop” during a Christmas party.
In the video, David first films his excited reaction. The camera then pans to show the five women dancing in sequence on the stage, just like in the original music video.
As the song plays, they do the famous “stop” dance of raising their arms and showing a stop sign with their hands.
– very fun! commented actress Eva Longoria, who was among the many celebrity guests at the party.
The Spice Girls recently celebrated 30 years since the group first auditioned in March.
Victoria's birthday reunion saw guests like Tom Cruise, Jason Statham, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Gordon Ramsay.
