One person was arrested at the scene.
Police are at an address in Oslo early Monday morning where a man was found dead, operations manager Bjarne Pedersen tells VG.
The police received a complaint after 03:00.
– Police have arrested a man who was at the scene when police arrived, the operations manager writes in a press release.
The police believe that this case may be murder.
The incident chief of police at the scene, Arv Rotterud, tells NTB that a woman was found dead and a man was arrested.
– How did you find out about the case?
– It's a bit early to comment on this, operations manager Pedersen tells VG.
– What makes you doubt that this is a case of murder?
– We have to get back to it, says the operations manager.
According to incident leader Rotterud, there were no witnesses to the incident.
– We have been in contact with the neighboring apartments, but no one has brought anything special, so we don't have much information at the moment, says the head of the mission.
Police forensic technicians arrived at the scene at 04.30 hrs.
– Seizures have been made in this case, which we believe were used to commit the murder, says Rotterud.
