OBOS league, Moss FK | A complete mess at Moss FK – the deputy manager has resigned

Mos Avis report on Saturday Moss FK’s vice-president, Per-Markus Gundersen, has resigned from all his positions.

Gundersen confirms this himself to the paper.

– This is correct. I can confirm that I have resigned from my position at Moss Football Club – ie as Vice Chairman and Head of Sport. This happened on June 1, comments Per-Markus Grundesen to Mos Avis.

– Why this decision, Grundesen?

The feeling of having to make this step at a club I love hurts me so badly that I don’t want to comment right now.

The President: – With regret

Despite many questions from Mos Avis, Gundersen is unwilling to go into more detail about why he is resigning.

Moss FK Chairman Thorfinn Hansen says the following about what happened at the obosliga club.

We at the Board find it extremely unfortunate that Grundesen has given up after the tireless efforts he has made for the club.

He further says that deputy member Glenn Bednarczyk now joins the club as a permanent member of the board.

Furthermore, Hansen notes that the board is working on hiring a new vice president as soon as possible.

NetVision was in touch with the chairman on Saturday afternoon, but he didn’t want to say more than what was written in Mos Avis.

– Can you say something about why Gundersen resigned?

– I have no comment on that, Hansen tells NetVision.

What did Gundersen mean to Moss with his role?

After ten matches, the club has gained 16 points and is in seventh place in the table so far.

On Sunday, Moss plays away against Ranheim’s Kåre Ingebrigtsen, who is on the field above the moss.
