In the wake of all the media attention after King Charles and Princess Kate were hospitalized, the British royal family has now announced a new position. Reports TMZ.

According to the website, Buckingham Palace is now looking for a new communications assistant, and the position was supposed to be announced earlier this week.

The job entails working with social media, as well as press releases and a number of other areas of responsibility.

The British royal family has recently received a lot of attention following the news of King Charles' cancer diagnosis and the famous blunder made by Princess Kate, 42.

Earlier this month, Kensington Palace in London published a photo taken of Prince William (41 years old). It wasn't long before it was pulled from several international photo agencies due to suspected tampering.

A short time later, the palace confirmed the suspicions and Kate apologized for the Photoshop error.

A Royal Household spokesperson confirmed to TMZ that the position is at Buckingham Palace, where King Charles lives, and not Kensington Palace, where Kate and William live.

It is not known whether the princess's photo blister has any connection to the job posting.
