In April of this year, Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo (37) and his Spanish wife Georgina Rodriguez (28) lost 28 children.
Rodriguez and Ronaldo have been together since 2017 and were expecting twins, but No one survived. Only the girl, Bella Esmeralda, survived the birth.
The daughter appears after the death letter
Rodriguez, who works as a model, now talks about the tragedy in the Netflix documentary I Am Georgina.

Manchester United have offered their condolences to the couple after the tragic news broke earlier this year.
