ST Hanshagen, Oslo (Dagbladet): In the early morning hours of May 17 in St. Hanshagen Park, there is a crisis under the bunats shoes of Dagbladet's second reporter.
The sun peeks over the horizon, the light reflecting off the empty glass bottles scattered among the many Russian cards.
Rasen's Abandoned Festival, a Feast for the City's Seagulls:
Destroyed four times
It's 5 am but it's clear that the clean-up after the night festival is already over.
Ole Jørgen Slutningen, operations manager at construction company NCC, tells Talkblade that there were a lot of people at the site a few hours ago.
– I'm told it's a disaster here, says Schlutningen.
He explains that the park has been cleaned by NCC staff no less than four times since 9pm on Thursday.

Infamous
NCC personnel are employed in several parks in Oslo.
Although the crew had plenty to do elsewhere, Schlutningen says St. Hanshagen Park was named the worst party park on the night of May 17.
Today they are working to make the park neat and beautiful again for the celebration on 17th May.
– There are some broken glass bottles, so a cleaner will come and sweep them up and sort them out, says Slutningen.
– Children using the park
The operations manager doesn't mind people littering and throwing glass bottles on the floor.
– It would have been better if the people who used the park cleaned it up. Broken bottles are not good, there are small children who use the park during the day. This is not the first time we have seen broken bottles here.
The operations manager points out that the night of May 1 was bad, and that the Russian may have calmed down somewhat since the start of the Russian season.
In addition, the night of May 17 this year is open to Russians in Trivan, which Slutningen believes has helped ease the pressure.
