Last week, it emerged from a source close to Prince Harry that a return to royal duties was not out of the question for the British monarch's youngest son if his father asked him to, he wrote. New York Post.
Prince Harry, his wife, Meghan Markle, and their two children, Archie and Lilibet, now live in California after retiring from royal duties in 2020. King Charles announced his cancer diagnosis in early February and is currently undergoing treatment.
When the diagnosis became a reality, Prince Harry jumped on a plane to the UK for a quick visit with his father. It is said that he did not meet his brother, Prince William, or his sister-in-law, Princess Kate, during the visit.
According to the source close to Prince Harry, returning to his homeland to support the duties of the royal family is not something he completely rules out.

“I find it hard to believe that Harry would say no if his father asked for help. I think he would try,” the source says.
But at the same time the source adds:

Although it may seem like the door is wide open for a return of some sort from the prince, royal duties and Prince Harry are not a scene one might initially expect.

On the morning show “Good Morning America,” the 39-year-old prince said he was grateful:
– i love my family. Prince Harry says: I'm grateful for the fact that I was able to get on the plane and visit him and spend some time with him.
He went on to say that he believed the father's diagnosis could have a reconciling effect for the family, he writes. New York Post.
