Last April, Stephanie Melgoza, 24, killed married couple Andrea Rosevich and Paul Bruant.
The 24-year-old ran them over outside the Full Throttle pub in East Peoria, Illinois, USA.
The couple was declared dead at the scene.

Last week, Milgosa was sentenced to 14 years in prison, the local newspaper wrote Beijing Daily Times.
She pleaded guilty to, among other things, two deaths as a result of drink driving, and said she had not drunk alcohol since the fatal night.
