The Paris Olympics are ticking by. Recently, many countries and manufacturers of sports equipment have introduced the Olympic Collection.

Earlier in the week, it was Nike's turn to showcase the equipment that athletes will wear during the Olympic Games.

This led to a torrent of criticism. Many thought that one of the women's suits was too tight in the abdomen. The lawsuit has spread on social media.

The Guardian spoke to several athletes who criticized the order. Tara Davis-Woodhall, who took silver at last year's world championships, is concerned:

– I am waiting. She says: I will show off my urine Watchman.

“It's by no means made for us,” says 3,000-meter hurdler Colleen Quigley.

Former athlete Lauren Fleischman had enough:

– Athletes should be able to compete without worrying that they are showing too much of their body. Women's clothing should be there to help them perform physically and mentally. If these clothes existed to make them better, men would wear them, too, Fleishman says.

It releases more:

-This is not elite equipment. This is a costume created by patriarchal forces, and there is no need for it. Stop making it difficult for 50 percent of your athletes.

Although much of it is crucial, there is also support. Katie Moon, the world champion pole vaulter from the USA, posted a photo of herself wearing the Olympic uniform.

she writes:

-If this could help calm some women. I tried the bottom today and wasn't at all worried about anything falling out. I think it's just a doll. I know everyone's body is different, so this is just my opinion.

Nike has responded to the criticism The New York Times. They point out that the garment under fire is one of 50 unique garments athletes can choose from:

– There are several different methods that have been modified to suit different branches, says a newspaper spokesman.
