Russian comedy duo Vovan and Lexus have made a career in their homeland by playing tricks on prominent politicians.
In 2022, they gained a lot of attention when they pretended to be Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in a conversation with former US President George W. Bush.
In a new episode of the comedians' YouTube show, published on December 6, it emerged that another head of state had been prime minister for five years: Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Sture.

The Prime Minister's Office confirms to Dekhbladet that the conversation took place in early October, and that the person pretended to be “the Chairman of the Commission of the African Union.” Now they are announcing more stringent measures.
– Such incidents should not happen, and fortunately they are rare. We have reviewed, updated and improved our routine procedures, to prevent this from happening again,” says Anne-Christine Hughes, Communications Director at the Prime Minister's Office in Dagbladet.
