Watch the Fallout series premiere

After releasing the first images from the TV series based on Fallout earlier this week, Amazon has now released a proper trailer. You can see this in the video window at the top of the article.

The trailer places us 200 years after the post-apocalypse, in Vault 33. Here we meet Jane, played by Ella Purnell, who leaves the vault to discover what awaits in the wasteland of Los Angeles.

Her journey seems to be a very violent type. Along with all kinds of monsters, humans also have to deal with each other – whether dressed as cowboys or equipped with the famous Power Armor from the Fallout series – in a frantic battle for survival.

The Fallout TV series will premiere in April next year.

Fallout is a story of the haves and have-nots, in a world where there is almost nothing left. 200 years after the apocalypse, the peaceful inhabitants of various nuclear shelters are forced to return to the radiation-stricken hells their ancestors left behind. They are shocked to discover a very complex, strange and extremely violent world awaits them, as stated in the official description of the series from Amazon.

The Fallout TV series will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on April 12 next year. The series is written and produced by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, who helped create HBO’s hit series Westworld. Besides Purnell, we find, among others, Elton Goggins and Kyle MacLachlan in the list of participating actors.
