Brazilian model Adriana Lima, 42, made headlines in several international tabloids after appearing at the premiere of the new “Hunger Games” movie in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
But the headlines don’t come from what she said or did on the red carpet, but rather from her appearance. Fans believe the star is almost unrecognizable from photos taken of her just a month ago.
The fashion show did not go as planned
– I had no idea it was the same person. What did you do? was among the comments that abounded on social media, according to Page six.
Many have speculated why she looked so different in the two photos, but now Lima herself takes the magazine out of her mouth and comments on the headlines.
– It is the face of a tired person, the mother of a teenage girl, two pre-teens, an energetic boy, a one-year-old and three dogs. Thank you for your interest, she writes in an Instagram story, followed by a photo of herself.
Many people also came forward to defend Lima and thought the comments the star received were bad.

– People in this comment section have forgotten how objects work. She is a human being. Adoration. We are evolving, and so are our bodies, one person wrote, according to the New York Post.
Lima is one of the most famous models in the world and has nearly 17 million followers on Instagram. Among other things, she worked as an angel at Victoria’s Secrets for 19 years from 1999 to 2018.
