Profile and TV manager Sharon Osbourne (71 years old) has made headlines around the world on several occasions.
Now she is attracting attention again after she ended up in a bitter dispute with Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden (53 years old).
Punished after sting OJ
The latter criticized Osbourne and her former “X-factor” colleague Louis Walsh (71 years old) because of the way they referred to Simon Cowell (64 years old) earlier this year.
Osbourne and Welch took part in this year's season of Celebrity Big Brother, and this is where they reportedly shared their candid opinions about the famous judge.
Osbourne claimed that Cowell did not renew her contract with “X-factor” and that he “doesn’t know how to keep friends.” For his part, Wells revealed that he is no longer in contact with the 64-year-old.
This did not sit well with Holden, who criticized the duo.

Holden told the Daily Mail: “I hated seeing some people on a reality show like Simon, someone who gave them every opportunity, paid them a lot of money and gave them a lifestyle they probably wouldn't have had otherwise.”
– It is bitter and pathetic. It was like Cinderella's sister in the background – just poke, poke, poke, she continued.

Holden and Cowell are both judges on “Britain's Got Talent,” and the pair must have a good relationship. This is why she continues to attack Sharon.
– I thought, oh my God, it's like watching a pantomime. “I thought they were terrible and looked disgusting,” she added.
Now Sharon Osbourne is speaking out about Holden's statements. She did so in an interview with the Daily Mail.
– The truth is that you don't know me, Amanda. “You don't know anything about my history in the music business, my accomplishments, the artists I've worked with, the shows I've produced, and my status as a world celebrity,” Osbourne says, adding:

On the other hand, the star admits that she enjoyed talent shows with Cowell. It also makes no secret that Cowell paid well, while at the same time revealing why the money was spent.
