The sweetest melody ever came from the lips of the famous artist when he said yes to his girlfriend, who is 19 years younger than him.
Arne Herlin (53) is the singer and lead singer of the band Postgirobygget since the beginning in 1996. With over 700,000 albums sold, his songs have become popular. It seems that the Bohemen lives and the Idyll creates recognition of the first tone.

And today at the Eifgetangen marina in Dilling outside Moss, it was absolutely perfect – when Herlin said yes to his girlfriend, Kathrin von Tangen (34).

For the outdoor wedding, the bride came riding a horse along the beach wearing a white dress dancing in the wind. The moment was like something taken from a fairy tale. Many guests truly made memories that will last a lifetime.
Although thick gray clouds hung over the place, it was still a sunny day for the Postgirobygget star and Katherine. Incidentally, the animal-loving bride usually rides horses, so the means of subsistence was not unusual for her.

On February 19 of this year, news emerged about the couple’s engagement. “We’re not random anymore,” Katherine captioned an Instagram photo in which she and Arnie were walking hand-in-hand, followed by an emoji showing a ring and a heart.
The couple met by chance on an island in the Oslo Fjord just over two years ago. It was love at first sight.

In the summer months, Postgirobygget are probably the busiest band touring all of Norway. This summer too, they have delighted tens of thousands of Norwegians.
One of the band’s biggest fans is Arne Herlin’s friend Katherine, who loves being in the audience when the man in her life performs.
-We give each other freedom
From a previous relationship, Herlin has two children, born in 2001 and 2003. And if he can imagine children with Catherine, he told us a little about it in an interview with Dagbladet this spring.
-When love comes, it’s important to seize it. But reproduction is not the meaning of life. Children do not define love between two people. We get along well together, but I rarely leave out some of the best things life has to offer.
