At the end of this year’s winter season, Gaustablikk Fjellresort continues the complete renovation of the hotel. All hotel rooms will be renovated and will have the same exclusive look as the completed new common areas (lobby, restaurants, bar, banquet hall, lounge, playroom, library and communal toilets)

– Gaustablikk Fjellresort has a total of 90 hotel rooms of various sizes and categories, from suites with balcony to double rooms with a view of the Gaustatoppen or the Gausta Ski Center. Gaustablikk Fjellresort’s new look is inspired by nature right outside the door. Work will begin as early as April 30 and is due for completion in December 2022. During this period, the hotel will be open, as the corridors will be divided and renovated. This means that initially, 30 hotel rooms will be renovated until June 17. During these weeks, the Wellness Department will do just that
With swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and treatment room with massages and facials closed to guests. The floating saunas at Kvitåvatn (the mountain lake at the bottom of the hotel) will be open during this period.

Then there will be a break in the renovation in the summer, from the experience of many guests staying and visiting the hotel and destination. The period following the refurbishment of hotel rooms begins on September 28 and ends when all rooms and hallways are completed in December.
