The reason for the evacuation was a fire alarm that was triggered for an unknown reason, Oslo Police District Operations Director Per Ivar Iversen told Dagbladet.
– There is nothing dramatic in this sense, but there is some friction between supporters. “Right now, it's snowballing, and I haven't received a report of anyone getting hurt,” Iversen says.
He was not notified that it was already on fire.

-It's possible that the fire alarm was manually triggered, but we don't know.
