Lauren, 39, doesn’t hold a grudge against the man who took to the stage and created total drama during her performance at Melodifestivalen on Saturday.
The Eurovision icon had to perform his song again after the first attempt ended in a showdown.
The climate activist who stormed the stage also made headlines far beyond Sweden’s borders. But Lauren showed understanding.
– I can’t say: “Why did you destroy my number”? This is not how it was made. As long as everything goes well in the end, the pop artist says, I’m content Aftonbladet.

Four Wetland Restoration activists were arrested by police and removed from the square shortly after the incident.
—I understand them, says Lauren, adding that she thinks it’s important for people to “stand up for something and dare to say what they think.”
“I understand that part exactly,” says the 39-year-old, who himself is known for his interest in nature.
I just called her number
Among the activists was David Alser (27), a doctoral student at Lund University. There he is looking for solar cells. Alcer was the only one of the four to make it to the stage, despite all four trying.
– I can understand that some viewers were upset because Lauren’s number didn’t go as planned, he adds Aftonbladet.
He explains why they chose Lorraine to perform in particular.
– She’s a very brave and inspiring person, he says.
– We’re on our way to climate hell, and we must do everything we can to avoid the worst disaster, adds the 27-year-old.
Malmo police have told Swedish newspapers that they are investigating the case, to see if the activists are guilty of breaking the law.
After performing the song “Tattoo” again, Lauren gets a place in the final.
“Oh, my God,” said Lauren, crying, when the result was clear.
Lauren or Lauren Zainab Noka Talhaoui as she is already called will compete with, among others, the Norwegian Markus and Martinus at Melodifestivalen on March 11th.
The Norwegian duo continued to perform at the Swedish MGP two weeks ago.
It’s been 11 years since Lauren secured Sweden’s victory at the Eurovision Song Contest in Baku, Azerbaijan.
In 2017 she tried again, but that time she was knocked out of luck at the second chance.
It was the Dolphins’ fourth consecutive final, before the Swedish national team organized the semi-finals on March 4.

Ukraine has been the Eurovision favourite, so far. But at the weekend, Sweden crept in Probability checker. Ukraine now ranks second, followed by Finland in third and Norway in fourth.
