Mariupol: – Mystery: dead soldiers found

According to the Ukrainian authorities, eight Russian soldiers were found dead in various places in the Russian-occupied city during the past two weeks.

Rumors about mysterious deaths are circulating in the pro-Russian channels of the Telegram messaging service, we have to believe the Mariupol City Council of Ukraine.

The Russian occupiers would suspect that it was carried out by the local Ukrainian population of Mariupol, in resentment of the Russian occupiers.

According to Ukrainian media Ukraineska Pravda, six of the soldiers were stabbed and two of them shot.

This happens at the same time as there is hope for the city’s recapture from the Ukrainian side.

Mariupol is part of the Donetsk region in eastern Ukraine and was annexed by the Russian president last September.

Now the Ukrainian mayor who was kicked out of the region speaks optimistically about regaining control:

– We believe in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And we are sure that we will return to Mariupol this year, – says Vadim Bogtsenko, according to the newspaper Watchman. He lives in exile in Dnipro.

Russia claimed to be rebuilding the city. The mayor of the city objected to this. Bojchenko claims that only one percent of what was destroyed has been rebuilt, and only for the facade.
