Real Madrid continued to pierce the Alaves defense like a hot knife in butter. Benzema and Hazard combined wonderfully, and the first forced Pacheco to a good save.

Swede John Gedetti was replaced as a substitute for the hosts, and in the 62nd minute he had the opportunity to go down. It didn’t work when Courtois stopped the road.
